Byzantine Emperor Andronicus II Palaeologus accords to hieromonk Matthaios of Hilandar one half the piece of land near Loziki which previously belonged to Petros Doukopoulos. With statement of month, indiction, year and the Emperor's signature. Parchment original with gold seal and purple thread, 54 lines (with signature), 69 x 25 cm. With one manuscript parchment copy of unknown date, no seal, 30 lines (with signature), 32 x 24 cm.
